If you feel you are at risk of developing a gambling problem or believe you currently have a gambling problem, you can register with the New Jersey Self-Exclusion Program managed by the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). This will allow you to self-exclude for a specified period of 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Self-Exclusion prevents you from gambling with bet365 and all Licensees operating in New Jersey for your selected period of time.
Once we have verified your personal details and Social Security Number you can register online with the New Jersey Self-Exclusion Program for a minimum period of 1 year or 5 years in the My Gaming Controls section of Members by choosing Self-Exclusion.
Once you have confirmed the details, your Self-Exclusion request will be submitted to the Division of Gaming Enforcement in New Jersey. Your Self-Exclusion will become effective immediately with bet365, and all other Licensees in New Jersey once they have been notified by the Division of Gaming Enforcement.
Alternatively, you can request a 1 year, 5 year or permanent Self-Exclusion by visiting an office of the Division of Gaming Enforcement in person.
If you have registered your Self-Exclusion directly with the Division of Gaming Enforcement via their website or in person, this will become effective with bet365 and all other Licensees in New Jersey once they have been notified by the Division of Gaming Enforcement.
What happens when you self-exclude?
During a period of Self-Exclusion you will not be able to login or use your account and it will not be possible to re-open your account for any reason. bet365 will do all it can to prevent new accounts being opened.
Once your Self-Exclusion period has expired, you will need to visit an office of the Division of Gaming Enforcement in person to request re-activation.
Whilst we will remove you from our marketing databases, we also suggest that you remove bet365 from your notifications and delete/uninstall all bet365 apps and downloads as well as blocking/unfollowing bet365 social media accounts. You may also wish to consider installing software that blocks access to gambling websites, click here for more information.
